Making a PurchaseWe accept payment in GBP (UK pound sterling) only. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept payments through Paypal. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post. You may also pay us by personal cheque or bank transfer (UK or international).
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. Shipping and HandlingWe charge shipping on a weight basis. Your total shipping cost will calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination chosen. If you're buying from outside the UK, please note we can't show you any shipping costs until you enter your address details. Don't worry - you can still abort your order after this stage so feel free to put your details in and see what we're charging.
At the present time we do not accept orders from Afganistan, Pakistan, Belarus, Burma, Myanmar, Congo, Yugoslavia, Serbia, Iran, Iraq, Cote de Ivoire, Lebanon, Syria, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan or Zimbabwe. |
Delivery ScheduleWe appreciate your business and will do our utmost to ship your goods in the fastest possible time. In general, CKA Limited ships orders within 3 working days. If through circumstances beyond our control we are unable to fulfil your order within six working days we will inform you of the delay and try to advise you as to when your goods will ship, giving you an opportunity to cancel your order if you wish. However, we cannot always provide a guaranteed ship date, especially where products are marked 'longer lead time' in their titles. |
Tax ChargesCKA Limited is registered for VAT with number GB 941 4448 24. If your delivery address is within the UK or any other EU country, the price you pay is inclusive of any VAT chargeable and will be shown on your invoice. If your delivery address is outside the EU you may purchase goods without VAT. To do this you must select your delivery country during checkout. If you are ordering from an EU country other than the UK and are a VAT-registered entity in that county you may apply to be invoiced net of VAT. Returns PolicyYour rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You may return any item purchased from CKA Limited through this web site for refund at any time up to 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods. If goods are returned to us unused, in their original packaging and in all ways suitable to be re-sold as new you will receive a refund equal to the full value of the goods and any shipping charges we made at the time of the order. CKA Limited does not refund your costs in returning goods to us. At our sole discretion we may levy a surcharge for the return of any item which is no longer in new condition. It is your responsibility when returning any item to ensure that it securely packaged and sent via a carrier that provides Proof Of Delivery (e.g. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery).
You must notify us before returning any item and obtain an RMA Number from our returns department, this number to be prominently displayed on the outside of your returns package.
Faulty Goods
If the goods you have received prove faulty on arrival you may return them in the same way as above. After this time you cannot return goods to us and you must contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement under the terms of their warranty. All goods offered by CKA Limited on this web site are brand new and have full manufacturers warranties. Please note it is CKA Limited's policy to replace faulty goods, not refund.
You should be aware that not all warranties are applicable world-wide and if you are in any doubt about the suitability of any item for export to your country please contact us before placing an order. Electrical/electronic goods which are damaged through use in a territory for which they are not suitable may not be returned. |
