How To Request a Return

CKA Limited will accept returns up to 14 days from the date we shipped the item to you. A full refund (or full value against another item) will be offered provided the item is completely unused and is in its original manufacturers packaging with all seals intact (this doesn't include our packaging from when we shipped the item to you of course).

We do not cover the cost of your return postage - except where goods are returned as faulty or wrongly supplied - and we may ask you to contribute to the cost of sending out another item if you've opted for an exchange. Also, if the item you've returned is imperfect we may make a small surcharge. However, we do try not to be unreasonable about things so please discuss your request with us first.
